No additional comments with the revised submittal. <br />WATER SYSTEM <br />Install an additional 16" gate valve at the intersection of Cypress St and the south end of <br />Rosewood St. <br />2. Add temporary hydrants to the dead end stubs at the south end of Cypress St and the west <br />end of the north leg of Rosewood St. <br />3. The hydrant at the intersection of Rosewood and Cypress Street should be located just <br />south of the lift station. <br />4. Add note that all watermain including valves, fittings, hydrants, and appurtenances is to <br />be wrapped in polyethylene film. <br />5. Add note that all fittings shall be ductile iron Class 350 compact fusion -bonded epoxy <br />coated. <br />6. Show horizontal separation on plans between sanitary sewer and watermain as 10' min. <br />instead of 10' typ. <br />SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM <br />1. Add street stationing to the utility profile of all sheets, consistent with the street plans. <br />2. Show the installation of tracer wire for all sanitary services. Provide access to wire ends <br />for future locating requirements. <br />3. Sanitary sewer deeper than 15 feet shall be SDR 26. <br />4. The lift station is to serve the Northpointe development and additional area to the west <br />and south per the City's Comprehensive Plan. <br />4. The lift station shall be designed to pump a minimum of 250 gpm and have an operating <br />capacity (volume between floats) of 190 gallons. The on/off floats should be set between <br />6 and 12 inches apart. The applicant shall submit a design for review including site <br />grading, access, electrical and civil. <br />STORM SEWER SYSTEM <br />1.
