COUNCIL MINUTES <br />May 23, 2016 <br />APPROVED <br />136 city has already approved the final plat for the Saddle Club development. Wetland replacement is <br />137 required of the developer as part of the project. In this case, there is a wetland situation that requires the <br />138 developer to provide an easement to the state. The process of deeding the property didn't occur earlier <br />139 and now requires the city to give an easement back to the developer who can in turn fulfill his obligation <br />140 to the state. It doesn't impact the city but is more of a pass through. <br />141 <br />142 Council Member Maher moved to approve Resolution No. 1641 as presented.
