The Authority, its staff, and consultants are authorized and directed to transmit a copy <br />of the modified Development Plan and the TIF Plan to the Board of Commissioners of Anoka County <br />and the board of education of the school district where the TIF District will be located at least thirty <br />(30) days before the date of the public hearing. <br /> <br /> 4.
