<br />481689v2 JAE LN140-116 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br /> <br /> NOTICE is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Minnesota (the <br />“City”) will meet at City Council chambers of City Hall, located at 600 Town Center Parkway in <br />the City, at or after 6:30 p.m. on Monday, July 25, 2016, to conduct a public hearing on the <br />modification of a development program (the “Development Program”) for Development District <br />No. 1 (the “Development District”) and the establishment of the Clearwater Creek Business Park <br />Tax Increment Financing District (the “TIF District”) within the Development District and the <br />adoption of a tax increment financing plan (the “TIF Plan”) therefor. The TIF District will be <br />administered by the Lino Lakes Economic Development Authority. <br /> <br /> The boundaries of the Development District and the boundaries of the proposed TIF District <br />are shown in the map below. The boundaries of the Development District are being expanded to be <br />coterminous with the boundaries of the City. The proposed TIF District is an economic development <br />district.
