CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 16-15 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACQUISITION OF PERMANENT EASEMENTS, <br />WELL NO. 6 PUMP HOUSE IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 16-15 adopted the 26th day of October, 2015 the City <br />Council ordered the Well No. 6 Pump House Improvements; and <br />WHEREAS, the construction of the project will require the acquisition of a drainage and utility <br />easement; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes, a Minnesota municipal corporation, acting by and through <br />the City Council, is authorized by law to acquire real estate which is needed for public use or <br />purpose; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />That staff is hereby authorized to negotiate acquisition of a permanent easement by direct <br />purchase in accordance with Exhibit A. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14th day of March, 2016. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Kinctprman and was duly seconded by Council Member Manthey and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Kusterman, Manthey, Maher, Rafferty, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />Jeff Rei a ayor <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
