CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 16-18 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING PREPARATION <br />OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE 2016 MILL AND OVERLAY PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to perform mill and overlay and full depth reclamation improvements <br />on recommended street segments, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is ordering the project finding that it would be in the best interest of <br />the city to proceed with the preparation of plans and specifications; and <br />WHEREAS, WSB and Associates, the City Engineer, has submitted a proposal to prepare plans <br />and specifications. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes: <br />1. The 2016 Mill and Overlay Project is hereby ordered. <br />2. WSB and Associates are designated as the engineer for this improvement and <br />directed to prepare plans and specifications for the 2016 Mill & Overlay Project. <br />3. Staff is hereby authorized to execute the hourly based contract in an amount not <br />exceed $25,500.00. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14th day of March, 2016. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Knstc?rman and was duly seconded by Council Member Maher and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Kusterman,-Maher, Rafferty, Manthey, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />i nne Bartell, City, <br />3 <br />
