CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 16-36 <br />APPROVING A SPECIAL EVENT PERMIT FOR F & M BANK <br />WHEREAS, the Branch Manager for F & M Bank has submitted an application for a <br />special event permit; and <br />WHEREAS, F & M Bank wishes to conduct a "Lunch With Us" event in their parking <br />lot; and <br />WHEREAS, the event is scheduled to take place on June 21 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 <br />p.m.; and <br />WHEREAS, F & M Bank has submitted plans to set up and conduct their event as well <br />as adequate parking, first aid and garbage removal plans; and <br />WHEREAS, city staff has reviewed the special event plans and have determined that <br />they meet the requirements of the City's ordinances; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes, Minnesota: <br />That the City Council hereby authorizes the issuance of a Special Event Permit to F & M <br />Bank to be held Tuesday, June 21, 2016. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 13th day of June, 2016. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council <br />Member <br />Rafferty and was duly seconded by Council Member Maher and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Rafferty, Maher, Manthey, Kusterman, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />Jul Bartell, City Qlerk <br />Jeff Reine J a or <br />
