The purpose of
these regulations is to ensure that public events in the City are conducted with sufficient
consideration given to public safety issues and to understand the need for city services. This a free event and is open to the
public.
The event will include tables, chairs and two tents that will be installed by a party rental
company. Food and non-alcoholic prepackaged drinks that will be served and prepared by the
Vadnais Heights Lions Club. The Lions Club will contact Anoka County Environmental
Services for a food permit.
F & M Bank has submitted a plan indicating where the tent will be set up. The plan has been
reviewed and approved by staff, including the Public Service Department.
RECOMMENDATION
F & M Bank's application for a special event permit meets the requirements of the city code
and has not been found to present any safety concerns.
