CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 16-43 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PUD FINAL PLAN/FINAL PLAT <br />FOR CENTURY FARM NORTH 6TH ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, the City has received an application for PUD Final Plan/Final Plat approval <br />for Century Farm North 6th Addition hereafter referred to as "Development"; and <br />WHEREAS, City staff has completed a review of the proposed "Development" based on <br />the following plans and information: <br />• Revised plan set prepared by Plowe Engineering, Inc. dated April 1, 2016 and <br />received by the City on April 5, 2016; and <br />• Robinson Drive Street & Utility Improvements prepared by WSB <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the Planning & Zoning Board on April 9, <br />2014 and continued to the May 14, 2014 meeting and the Board recommended approval <br />of the Amended PUD Development Stage Plan/Preliminary Plat; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the rezoning from R, Rural to PUD, Planned <br />Unit Development with Ordinance No. 06-14 and the PUD Development Stage <br />Plan/Preliminary Plat Amendment with Resolution No. 14-43; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning & Zoning Board reviewed and recommended approval of the <br />Century Farm North 66 Addition PUD Final Plan/ Final Plat at the March 11, 2015 <br />meeting; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed development is not considered premature and meets the <br />performance standards of the subdivision and zoning ordinance; and <br />WHEREAS, the final plat is consistent with the Amended PUD Development Stage <br />Plan/Preliminary Plat; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby approves the PUD Final Plan/Final Plat for Century Farm North Addition, <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />1. All comments from City Engineer letter dated May 18, 2016 shall be addressed. <br />2. The following executed documents shall be recorded with Anoka County within <br />90 days of City Council approval of final plat: <br />a. Development Agreement and Planned Unit Development Agreement <br />b. Final Plat <br />c. Consent to Plat <br />d. Declaration Establishing Wetland Buffer <br />1 <br />
