Public street, drainage and utility easement for the northbound CR <br />53/Sunset Avenue right turn lane onto Robinson Drive. <br />i Public drainage and utility easements across property owned by developer <br />abutting CR 53/Sunset Avenue to accommodate proposed water main <br />improvements. <br />3. The following items shall be submitted to the City prior to issuance of a Grading <br />Permit: <br />a. Revised plans based on staff comments. <br />b. Executed Declaration for Maintenance of Storm Water Facilities. <br />c. NPDES Permit. <br />d. RCWD Permit. <br />e. Securities and Escrows as detailed in the Development Agreement. <br />f. Grading Permit Fee of $150. <br />4. The following items shall be submitted to the City prior to issuance of a Building <br />Permit: <br />a. Revised plans based on staff comments. <br />b. Building Permit Fee as determined by the Building Official. <br />c.
