e. Conservation Easements <br />f. Easements for public drainage and utilities as required by RCWD <br />g. Deed for Outlot A and Outlot B <br />h. Public street, drainage and utility easement for the northbound CR <br />53/Sunset Avenue right turn lane onto Robinson Drive. <br />i Public drainage and utility easements across property owned by developer <br />abutting CR 53/Sunset Avenue to accommodate proposed water main <br />improvements. <br />3. The following items shall be submitted to the City prior to issuance of a Grading <br />Permit: <br />a. Revised plans based on staff comments. <br />b. Executed Declaration for Maintenance of Storm Water Facilities. <br />c. NPDES Permit. <br />d. RCWD Permit. <br />e. Securities and Escrows as detailed in the Development Agreement. <br />f. Grading Permit Fee of $150. <br />4. The following items shall be submitted to the City prior to issuance of a Building <br />Permit: <br />a. Revised plans based on staff comments. <br />b. Building Permit Fee as determined by the Building Official. <br />c. An as -built survey of the grading. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 13th day of June, 2016. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council <br />Member <br />Kusterman and was duly seconded by Council Member Manthey <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Kusterman, Manthey, Maher, Rafferty, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />and <br />
