CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 16-56 <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE I -35W NORTH <br />CORRIDOR IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, MnDOT has developed a final layout for the I -35W North Corridor <br />Improvements; and <br />WHEREAS, Mn Statutes 161.16 require MnDOT to obtain Municipal Consent for <br />improvements that meet certain thresholds; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes is required to hold a Public Hearing concerning <br />consideration for approval of the final layout. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino <br />Lakes. <br />2. A hearing shall be held on the 25th day of July, 2016, at Lino Lakes City Hall <br />Council Chambers located at 600 Town Center Parkway, Lino Lakes, Minnesota <br />at 6:30 p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing concerning the approval of <br />the I -35W final layout. <br />3. The action of the Clerk to publish notices in the official newspaper at least 30 <br />days prior to the holding the public hearing. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 13th day of June, 2016. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council <br />Member <br />Kusterman and was duly seconded by Council Member Manthey <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Kusterman, Manthey, Maher, Rafferty, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />and <br />
