Section I <br />Intent and Purposes <br />Apollo Center sign criteria are intended to provide guidelines for tenant identification that will present an <br />attractive image and compliment the architectural integrity and continuity of the business center. This criteria <br />is intended to reduce clutter and provide strong, clear identification of businesses. Apollo Center shall have a <br />consistent sign criteria governing the framework of sign plans used by each tenant to clearly and consistently <br />identify them as a part of the overall development. <br />Section 11 Sign Approval <br />A. Landlord <br />Design, content and details must be approved by the landlord and the city of Lino Lakes prior to <br />fabrication and erection of the signs. Although previous signing practiced by the tenant will be <br />considered, they will not necessarily govern the signage to be installed in the business center. <br />1. Tennant's sign contractor must submit drawings and specifications to the landlord for all <br />proposed sign work. Drawings shall show dimensions of the signage area and proposed signs <br />along with the location of each sign on the fascia of each elevation and pylon. They must <br />include graphics, colors, construction and attachment details. <br />2. All costs incurred in furnishing and installation of a sign shall be the full responsibility of the <br />tenant. Sign construction shall be completed in compliance with the instructions specified <br />within these criteria. <br />3. Tenants are required to identify their premise with a sign specified in this contract. <br />4. All tenant's signs must be approved by landlord prior to be submitted for city approval. <br />B. City of Lino Lakes <br />Apollo Centers designated sign installer is Hamilton Sign. A licensed sign contractor shall be <br />responsible for obtaining all city sign permits.
