Section III Allocated Sign Areas <br />A. Exterior Major identification <br />1. Each Tennant must identify lease space with a sign. Exterior signage shall consist of store name. <br />Copy shall be restricted to tenant's proper name and major product offered. Corporate logos, <br />emblems, shields and similar identifying items shall be permitted. <br />2. All signs shall be located in the designated sign areas as shown on elevation. <br />3. All signs letters must be constructed of aluminum and must be U.L. approved. Any plastic <br />letters must pre pre -approved and may be only used on back of building. <br />4. All signs for each tenant will be furnished, paid for and maintained by tenant. <br />B. Exterior Back Sign <br />1. Tenant is allowed one back sign installed onto brick area of tenants leased space as shown on <br />elevation. <br />2. Sign shall be centered left and right and up and down of the tenants leased space and be 24" <br />from top of building. See elevation. <br />C. Windows and Doors <br />1. Tenant is allowed vinyl graphics of tenant identification, mounted on the front and rear doors if <br />desired. <br />2. All door lettering must be approved by landlord. Lettering should consist of days, hours of <br />operation and a logo if desired. Lettering shall not be more than 10% door area. Rear door <br />lettering shall be the same. <br />Section IV Sign Criteria <br />A. Exterior Major Identification <br />1. Signs will be placed as shown on elevation and shall be limited to Business name, type of <br />business and logo. <br />2. Letter style will conform to tenants logo style, must be illuminated with neon or L.E.D. lit <br />channel letters with polycarbonate faces mounted to an aluminum raceway. Race way must be <br />painted to match pantone 4665U or best match possible. Letter style is subject to landlord <br />approval. <br />3. Corporate logos may be permitted as part of copy, subject to landlord's approval. <br />Anchor tenant front sign area 4' 8" H x 16' 7" W, as shown on elevation. <br />Anchor tenant side of building may not exceed 42" letter height. Any sign must fit within the <br />top 5' section of building and be approved by landlord as shown on elevation. <br />Internal tenant front sign area 3' 11" H x 16' 7" W as shown on elevation. <br />4. All letters and logos must be internally lit with exception for the rear signs, They may be plastic <br />letters approved by landlord. <br />Apollo Center Sign Plan V3 <br />6-1-2016 Page 3 <br />
