5. Directional signs are allowed and cannot exceed 4 square feet in size. Directional signs are non - illuminated and can be placed up to 10" above grade. 6. One double faced internally lit pole pylon sign, no larger than 200 square feet and no taller than 40 feet will identify the Apollo Center. There will be two backlit panels incorporated into the sign to identify the two largest anchor tenants and each additional tenant will have a smaller panel available to them. A double face electronic message center will be allowed on the pylon sign by the landlord only as long as it conforms to the city code. B. Exterior signs prohibited 1. Moving, Rotating or flashing signs. 2. Signs, letters, symbols or identification of any nature, painted directly onto the exterior surfaces of the premise. 3. Cloth, wood, paper or cardboard signs, stickers or painted signs on or around exterior surfaces of the premises. 4. Individual free standing sign identifying the tenants business. 5. Rooftop signs. 6. Signs employing noisemaking devices and components. 7. Window display signs or any kind without prior approval of landlord. 8. Signs employing un -edged or uncapped plastic letters or letters with no returns and exposed edges. 9. Signs placed to any right angles to front of premises. 10. Banners, unless approved in conjunction with Lino Lakes sign ordinance section 1V -E. 11. Backlit cabinet signs. Section V Sign Construction Specifications A. Illuminated Signs 1. Dimensions — All channel letters and logo signs must be approved by landlord. Maximum height not to exceed sign area as shown on elevation. Depth to be no more than 5 inches. All letters will have painted aluminum trim and returns. All letters and logo signs will be attached horizontally to the sign area and all will be U.L. Listed.
