2 <br /> <br />Rezoning <br />The property shown as Lot 1, Block 1 is currently zoned LI, Light Industrial and shall be rezoned <br />to PUD, Planned Unit Development. Council Ordinance No. 07-16 details the findings of fact <br />regarding the rezoning. <br /> <br />PUD Development Stage Plan/Preliminary Plat <br /> <br />The PUD Development Stage Plan/Preliminary Plat is consistent with the goals and policies of <br />the comprehensive plan. The preliminary plat complies with the subdivision ordinance. <br />Council Resolution No. 16-76 details the findings of fact regarding the PUD Development <br />Stage Plan/Preliminary Plat. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />The Planning & Zoning Board held a public hearing on June 8, 2016 and continued the hearing <br />to the July 13, 2016 meeting. The Board voted unanimously to recommend approval of the <br />request. <br /> <br />The Board and staff recommend approval of the Rezoning to PUD for Lot 1 and the PUD <br />Development Stage Plan/Preliminary Plat for Clearwater Creek Business Park, subject to the <br />conditions listed in Resolution No. 16-73. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />1.
