The following comments that should be responded to in writing by the applicant: <br /> <br />GRADING, EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL <br /> <br />1. Drainage from the rear yards of Lots 7-10, Block 3 is shown to drain across private property <br />to the county ditch. A drainage easement is required to allow for discharge onto said private <br />property and RCWD approval is necessary. <br />2. Drainage and utility easements shown must contain the EOF elevation at the low point/flared <br />end sections in rear yards. <br />3. Provide inlet sediment control protection for all inlets to ponds (rear yards especially). <br />4. Anoka County Ditch 10-22-32 has a high water elevation of 897.3, may want to consider <br />backflow preventers on Pond B outlet pipe to prevent flows from ditch entering the pond. <br />5. Additional drainage and utility easement needed on Lot 1, Block 3 (existing house) along <br />rear and side lot line. <br />6. Stormwater surface drainage must be contained within the drainage and utility easements <br />provided at side and rear lot lines for example Lot 1 Block 3. <br />7. On the drawings the silt fence line work should be bold and enlarged. <br />8. The applicant shall review drainage at the north end of the proposed bituminous trail west of <br />Block 2. Provide additional stormwater BMP to prevent erosion and encroachment onto <br />private property. <br /> <br />STORMWATER MANAGEMENT <br /> <br />Plowe Engineering updated their previously submitted Stormwater Drainage Report for Century <br />Farm North 6th Addition, revised April 1, 2016.
