Pond B high water elevation will backflow under Morell Drive into the rear yard drainage <br />swale. This area needs to be within a drainage and utility easement and should be added <br />to the plat. <br />2. Based on the revised Stormwater Drainage Report, rate control is not being met for the 2- <br />year and 100-year events. <br />3. Existing Pond G2 – plans indicate that the outlet will be modified by adding a baffle weir <br />at roughly at elevation 895.50, but the HydroCAD model has an outlet elevation of <br />885.50. Please correct and resubmit the modeling results. <br /> <br />FLOODPLAIN <br /> <br />1. FEMA Letter of Map Revision is required. The applicant has submitted an application <br />and is pending FEMA’s review. <br />2.
