A 20 foot wide buffer area is required adjacent to collector streets. The areas <br />must include a year round continuous planting screen; wall or fence and plantings; or a <br />combination of berm and year round continuous screening. <br /> <br />A 25 foot area is provided between the townhomes and Street A. The site has adequate <br />area set aside to accommodate the buffer. The area should be landscaped in a manner to <br />satisfy the buffer requirements of City Code section 1007.44 (17).
