The following are our review comments that should be responded to in writing by the applicant. <br />GRADING, EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL <br />1. The developer has submitted the NPDES Construction General Permit. <br />2. Verify that minimum drainage is achieved with the construction of the north parking lot. <br />STORMWATER MANAGEMENT <br />1. No additional comments. <br />FLOODPLAIN <br />1. A Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) is required for this project. <br />WETLANDS <br />1. The project will impact 0.3637 acres of wetland. A Wetland Replacement Plan andsupplemental information has been submitted to RCWD and the USACE for review. Approval will be required prior to construction. The applicant shall provide a copy of the wetland sequencing and mitigation plan to the City.
