CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 16-115 <br /> <br />APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 AND FINAL PAYMENT NO. 4 FOR THE <br />2015 MILL AND OVERLAY PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution 15-68 of the Council adopted June 22, 2015, <br />awarding the contract for the 2015 Mill and Overlay Project to Valley Paving, Inc. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 has been prepared in order to address topsoil and <br />seeding for the project in the amount of $24,646.50. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the final contract amount of $1,041,550.42 is detailed in Final Payment No. <br />4. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes that <br />Change Order No. 2 and Final Payment Request No. 4 are approved for a final contract <br />amount of $1,041,550.42. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 26th day of September, 2016. <br /> <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council <br />Member <br />_______________and was duly seconded by Council Member ________________ and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />The following voted against same: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />______________________________ <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________ <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br /> <br />
