As discussed during the preliminary plat, the County will analyze the <br />feasibility of connecting Enid Trail to Birch Street as part of their 5 year <br />Capital Improvements Plan. <br />c. A temporary construction access from Birch Street will be allowed. <br />5. The revised plans and final plat will be reviewed by the Planning & Zoning Board <br />on October 12, 2016 and presented to the City Council on October 24, 2016 for <br />consideration of approval.
