Motion carried on a voice vote. 114 115 6E) Resolution No. 155, Approving a Joint Powers Agreement for Street Lighting of the of the 116 Sunset Avenue and 109th Ave/Apollo Drive Roundabout — City Engineer Hankee explained that 117 the proposed agreement with the City of Blaine covers certain costs related to the intersection and she 118 reviewed the costs required of the city. Mayor Reinert asked if this is an upcharge/premium charge or 119 straight labor. City Engineer Hankee said it is a cost basis — the cost will be charged as indicated. 120 121 Council Member Kusterman moved to approve Resolution No. 155 as presented. Motion carried on a voice vote. 123 124 6F) Resolution No. 16450, Declaring Intent to Reimburse from Bond Proceeds for the Black 125 Duck Dr/Aqua Lane Trunk Water Main Project - Community Development Director Grochala 126 reviewed the staff report requesting that the city council declare the city's intent to reimburse certain 127 bond proceeds as required by the Internal Revenue Service. 128 129 Council Member Kusterman moved to approve Resolution No. 150 as presented.
