Mayor Reinert asked if this is an upcharge/premium charge or <br />119 straight labor. City Engineer Hankee said it is a cost basis — the cost will be charged as indicated. <br />120 <br />121 Council Member Kusterman moved to approve Resolution No. 155 as presented.
