3 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 16-175 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />AND ORDERING THE PROJECT FOR THE 2017 MILL AND OVERLAY PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to perform mill and overlay and seal coat improvements on <br />recommended street segments, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is ordering the project finding that it would be in the best interest of <br />the city to proceed with the preparation of plans and specifications; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, WSB and Associates, the City Engineer, has submitted a proposal to prepare plans <br />and specifications. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes: <br /> <br />1. The 2017 Mill and Overlay Project is hereby ordered. <br /> <br />2. WSB and Associates are designated as the engineer for this improvement and <br />directed to prepare plans and specifications for the 2017 Mill & Overlay Project. <br /> <br />3.
