Planning & Zoning Board <br />June 8, 2016 <br />Page 4 <br />APPROVED MINUTES <br /> <br />Alan Irwin, 6466 Totem Trail, discussed his concerns with stormwater and drainage. <br /> <br />Colleen Brewster, 6591 Hokah Drive, asked for clarification on the park dedication <br />process and questioned when the right in/right out will be done. <br /> <br />Keith Moeller, 6575 Hokah Drive, discussed his traffic concerns and believes there <br />should be another exit going onto Birch Street. <br /> <br />Mike Trehus, 675 Shadow Court, expressed his sympathy for residents in the <br />neighborhood and shared his thoughts on the development. Mr. Trehus agrees that there <br />should be additional access onto Birch Street. <br /> <br />David Parent, 6629 Sioux Lane, wondered if the county corridor plan takes the extra <br />traffic into account. <br /> <br />Jill Hengstler, 6606 Hokah Drive, would like the board and staff to consider what is best <br />for residents in 2016. <br /> <br />Ryan Thompson, 6573 Sioux Lane, wondered if the comments from the county takes into <br />account the right in/right out that is slated to go in and emphasized that safety is a big <br />concern. <br /> <br />Andrew Manthey, 6606 Sioux Lane, explained that there are a lot of kids on Sioux Lane <br />and asked how the City can make the area safer regarding traffic. <br /> <br />Brian Knilans, 6664 Hokah Drive, voiced that he feels there should be access to Birch <br />Street. <br /> <br />Mike Engebretson, 354 Sioux Court, reiterated safety and traffic issues and access to <br />Birch Street. <br /> <br />Rob Linser, 6581 Sioux Lane, addressed road width differences between Sioux and <br />Hokah. <br /> <br />Jeremy Stimpson, 6621 Sioux Lane, discussed his concerns with traffic safety and the <br />way in which this development will change the neighborhood. <br /> <br />Mike Trehus, 675 Shadow Court, brought up the topic of profitability and suggested that <br />the variance doesn’t have to be approved. <br /> <br />Alan Irwin, 6466 Totem Trail, discussed other opportunities for access onto Birch Street. <br /> <br />Ron Holch, 6599 Hokah Drive, talked about the width and layout of Hokah Drive and <br />how that impacts safety. <br />
