The table on Sheet S7 shall include a column that clearly indicates the 75 trees are <br />being removed from the non-ESA and the 29 trees being removed from Natural <br />Resource Protected Area. <br />22. RCWD WCA Notice of Decision shall be provided to the City. <br />23. The BFE 887.0 elevation shall be shown on the preliminary plat. <br />24. Any lot extending into the floodplain shall be required a FEMA LOMA prior to <br />issuance of a building permit. <br />25. Lots 7-10, Block 1 are subject to the 150 foot setback requirement. <br />a. These lots meet lot width and size requirements but builders should be <br />cognizant of the setback and design accordingly for decks or future additions. <br />b. Lots 8-9, Block 1 have limited area above the OWHL for accessory structures. <br /> <br />Board members and City staff further discussed the following topics: <br /> Sidewalk and connection to emergency access trail <br /> Conservation easement <br /> Boulevard maintenance <br /> Right of way <br /> <br />Developer Jamie Jensen, 1517 Dawn Circle, Arden Hills, introduced himself and was <br />present for questions. <br /> <br />Chair Tralle declared the Public Hearing open at 7:29 p.m. <br /> <br />Ron Holch, 6599 Hokah Drive, started off the Public Hearing with a list of questions for <br />the City. After reading his questions out loud, he gave Chair Tralle a copy of the list. <br /> <br />Eva Hochhalter, 6614 Hokah Drive, wondered if the kids in the neighborhood could be <br />bused to school during construction since Hokah is already a tight road. <br /> <br />Jaron Heath, 441 Birch Street, brought up concerns with misuse of the emergency trail, <br />safety of kids in the neighborhood, and the sewer line. <br /> <br />Rob Linser, 6581 Sioux Lane, discussed his concerns with traffic, width of the road and <br />concerns for extension of the roadway. <br /> <br />Glenn Guyott, 6582 Hokah Drive, explained that he is not convinced that the heavy <br />building equipment during construction isn’t going to damage the road after it was just <br />rebuilt. <br /> <br />Mike Schwartz, 6574 Hokah Drive, whose mother lives at 6558 Hokah Drive, explained <br />that runoff goes into his mother’s backyard. Mr. Schwartz also had concerns with <br />alignment of traffic lanes at Ware Road and Birch Street. <br /> <br />Bonnie Ollila, 6680 Hokah Drive, wondered if the City could provide an alternative <br />in/out during construction as well as a cap on time of when they can be working. Her <br />main concern is safety for children in the area.
