Consider Resolution No. 17-20, Approving a Conditional Use <br />99 Permit Amendment and Site Plan Review; ii. Consider Resolution No. 17-21, Approving Site <br />100 Improvement Performance Agreement — City Planner Larsen reviewed a PowerPoint presentation <br />101 including information on: <br />102 <br />103 - History of the property (several property owners, the previous owner entered an agreement <br />104 related to outdoor storage at the property); <br />105 - Current property owner is requesting permission be reentered; <br />106 - Aerial view of the property and location of fence and landscaping; <br />107 - Proposal for storm water pond, pavement of outdoor storage area; <br />108 - Land use allows for outdoor storage; <br />109 - Limitation on impervious surface. <br />110 <br />111 Ms. Larsen reviewed the contents of the proposed resolution and the findings of fact. She noted the <br />112 Planning and Zoning Board approval, with one condition restricting height to seventeen feet. At the <br />113 council's work session review, a question arose about what other cities do in the area of height <br />114 restriction; of the cities contacted, only Blaine has a restriction. <br />115 <br />116 Mayor Reinert asked if the property owners in the area have voiced any concerns about the site or its <br />117 use and Ms. Larsen said there have been no comments to her knowledge. <br />118 <br />119 Council Member Kusterman moved to approve Resolution No. 17-20 as presented. Council Member <br />120 Rafferty seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. <br />121 <br />122 Council Member Kusterman moved to approve Resolution No. 17-21 as presented. Council Member <br />123 Manthey seconded the motion. Motion carried on a voice vote. <br />124 <br />125 6B) Consideration of Resolution No. 17-22, Accepting 2017 Anoka County Recycling and <br />126 Recycling Enhancement Grants — Environmental Coordination Asleson reviewed the written report <br />127 requesting authority to accept grant funding from Anoka County that will support the city's recycling <br />128 efforts. This would include enhancement funding that allows the city to expand its efforts. <br />129 <br />130 Mayor Reinert thanked staff for continuing to seek grants that provide funding to the city. <br />131 <br />132 Council Member moved to approve Resolution No. 17-22 as presented.
