Planning & Zoning Board <br />April 12, 2017 <br />Page 4 <br />DRAFT MINUTES <br /> Ron Mullenbach, DR Horton, stated the townhome model will be open <br />soon for Woods Edge. <br /> We are getting ready to kick off the Comprehensive Plan process. <br />Landform and WSB will be facilitating the process. Tentatively scheduled <br />for May 15th is the All Board City Council meeting. The Planning and <br />Zoning Board will be our primary steering committee. Mid-June is <br />targeted for the first open house for residents. Chair Tralle asked how <br />many meetings we will have. Mr. Grochala stated that Planning & Zoning <br />Board meeting is scheduled for about 12 meeting, we will try to do it in <br />concert with the already scheduled Planning & Zoning Board Meetings. <br />Staff is not anticipating major changes to the Plan. It will be a much more <br />direct and efficient process than last time. <br /> Mr. Stoesz asked if there is any activity at the 49/J property. Mr. Grochala <br />stated that there is not any activity. <br /> Mattamy Homes is requesting a final plat extension request from the City <br />Council. Staff anticipates a new developer within the next month – same <br />development plan with perhaps some minor tweaks. <br /> <br />VII. ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Mr. Laden made a MOTION to adjourn the meeting at 7:04 p.m. Motion was supported <br />by Mr. Evenson. Motion carried 5-0.
