Ms. Larsen confirmed that there are not guard rails in Saddle Club 3rd <br />Addition. <br /> <br />Mr. Laden asked if we expect additional lots to be developed. Ms. Larsen said the <br />development of the Comcast property will be called Saddle Club 4th Addition and <br />the preliminary plat indicates the potential for 8 lots. Saddle Club 4th Addition <br />will stand on its own merits and will be required to go through full preliminary <br />plat and public hearing notices. <br /> <br />Mr. Masonick made a MOTION to recommend approval of Saddle Club 3rd <br />Addition Final Plat. Motion was supported by Mr. Stoesz. Motion carried 5-0. <br />(Tralle and Root abstained) <br /> <br />C. Woods Edge 2nd Addition Final Plat <br />Woods Edge is part of the Lino Lakes Town Center PUD that was approved in <br />2004. The development is a 112 unit attached townhome project on 11.2 acres in <br />the Town Center. The Woods Edge 2nd Addition Final Plat request is for approval <br />of Phase II of this project. This is the last phase of development. <br /> <br />Chair Tralle stated townhomes are close to the road. <br /> <br />Mr. Stoesz heard that Mr. DeGardner was doing an LED retrofit in that area. Staff <br />confirmed that it got approved and all street lights in Woods Edge are retrofit. <br /> <br />Mr. Laden asked for clarification on the park. Mr. Grochala confirmed that the <br />park will be city maintained but on county land. There is no name for the park at <br />this point. <br /> <br />Mr. Stimpson asked if there has been any input from the YMCA about the park. <br />Mr. Grochala stated that the YMCA has been informed about the park and they <br />will be included as the park planning process starts. <br /> <br />Mr. Stoesz asked if there is any dedicated parking for the park. Mr. Grochala <br />confirmed that there will not be dedicated parking <br /> <br />Mr. Evenson made a MOTION to recommend approval of Woods Edge 2nd <br />Addition Final Plat. Motion was supported by Mr. Masonick. Motion carried 5-0. <br />(Tralle and Root abstained) <br /> <br />VI. DISCUSSION ITEMS <br /> <br />A. Project Update <br /> Distribution Center paint color changes. Changed out gold color for teal <br />accent color. Passed around color samples.
