The City does not relinquish any rights of local determination. <br /> CSAH 14/Main Street is a principal arterial road. The school is accessed via two <br /> main driveways off of CSAH 14 and there will be no changes to these driveways. The <br /> parking lot has been re-designed to safely circulate traffic within the parking lot and <br /> not onto CSAH 14/Main Street. <br /> 5. The proposed development shall be served with adequate and safe water supply. <br /> The site is served by a 12" ductile iron watermain located along CSAH 14/Main <br /> Street which can accommodate the demands of the proposed school renovation. <br /> 6. The proposed development shall be served with an adequate and safe sanitary sewer <br /> system. <br /> The site is served by a 21 "sanitary sewer line located along CSAH 14/Main Street <br /> and an 8" line serving the building which can accommodate the demands of the <br /> school renovation. <br /> 7. The proposed development shall not result in the premature expenditures of City <br /> funds on capital improvements necessary to accommodate the proposed development. <br /> No City funds are being expended on this project. <br /> 8. The proposed development will not involve uses, activities, processes, materials, <br /> equipment and conditions of operation that will be detrimental to any persons, <br /> property, or the general welfare because of excessive production of traffic, noise, <br /> smoke, fumes, glare, or odors. <br /> The proposed school renovation is an allowed use within the PSP, Public and Semi- <br /> Public District with an approved conditional use permit. The renovation will not <br /> generate excessive traffic, noise, smoke,fumes, glare or odors. <br /> 9. The proposed development will not result in the destruction, loss, or damage of a <br /> natural, scenic or historic feature of major importance. <br /> The proposed school renovation will not result in the destruction, loss or damage of <br /> natural, scenic or historic features of major importance because there are none <br /> existing on site. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by The City Council of Lino Lakes in addition to the <br /> administrative requirements of a conditional use permit, the following specific <br /> performance standards of Section 1007.130 (8)(a) must also be met: <br /> 4 <br />
