4. The buildings addressed 6501 and 6505 are allowed illuminated <br />individual letters and logos on raceways (like their storefront) on the <br />south wall of their building (facing Birch Street) with the exception of the <br />convenience store/gas station. <br />5. The building addressed 6505 is allowed 1 logo on a raceway not to <br />exceed a maximum of 36 inches on the south gable of the building (facing <br />Birch Street). No other signage is allowed on the south elevation. <br />6. Tenant's proper name is not to exceed a maximum of 18 inches in height <br />and can be no closer to top or bottom of allowed signage area than 10 <br />inches and no closer than 12 inches to either side of lease limit. <br />7. Each wall sign is not to exceed 10% of the building face area or 100 <br />square feet, whichever is greater. <br />B. Windows and Doors <br />Tenants shall provide cut vinyl graphics of tenant identification, first surface <br />mounted onto glass, per detail specifications contained in this criteria (Note: <br />only 25% of tenant window area may have vinyl copy). <br />SECTION IV SIGN CRITERIA <br />A. Exterior Major Identification <br />1. Signs placed onto the designed sign area shall be limited to tenant's <br />proper name. <br />2. Tenant's proper name will be individual channel letters mounted to a <br />raceway. <br />3. Corporate logos or signage other than tenant's proper name may be <br />permitted as part of the sign, subject to landlord's approval. A height <br />limit of up to 2 feet is permitted except for south gable of building 6505 <br />(see Section III.A.5 above). <br />4. All letters and returns are allowed in any color as approved by the <br />landlord (see section V.A) unless corporate sign copy dictates otherwise. <br />5. National corporate logo colors are permissible on logos and letters and <br />can be internally laminated. <br />6. Backlight cabinets are prohibited except as supplementary signage to <br />tenant's proper name. <br />7. Service station signage: Signage will be restricted to the area <br />identification sign and wall sign as outlined in Section III -A of this sign <br />criteria. No illuminated signage is allowed on the protective canopy <br />except on the south side facing Birch Street. <br />As part of a multi -occupancy project, a gas station will be required to <br />comply with the multi -occupancy section of the ordinance and will not be <br />allowed to display separate freestanding signage. <br />3 <br />
