CITYOFLINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 16-176 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF TWO <br />AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS AT THE CIVIC COMPLEX <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the replacement of two air conditioning systems at the <br />Civic Complex via Resolution No. 16-72 at the July 11, 2016 City Council meeting; and <br />WHEREAS, plans and specifications for the installation of air conditioning systems have been <br />prepared; and <br />WHEREAS, bids have been solicited and received as follows: <br />NAC Mechanical and Electrical Services $45,633.72 <br />Bella Mechanical $51,200.00; and <br />WHEREAS, this project is being financed from the Building Facilities Fund. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED the contract for the Installation of Two Air <br />Conditioning Systems at the Civic Complex is awarded to NAC Mechanical and Electrical <br />Services in the amount of $45,633.72. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 12th day of December, 2016. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Manthey and was duly seconded by Council Member Kusterman and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Manthey, Kusterman, Maher, Rafferty, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />e Bartell, City Cle <br />f Reinert, <br />
