CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 17-28 <br />APPROVING A PEDDLER LICENSE FOR EDWARD JONES FINANCIAL <br />WHEREAS, Michael Morency a Financial Advisor for Edward Jones Financial, has submitted a <br />peddlers license application to the city clerk's office; and <br />WHEREAS, Michael Morency has complied with all of the provisions of Chapter 613 of the <br />Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Public Safety Department has completed a background check on <br />the company representative that will be working in Lino Lakes, Mr. Michael Morency; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Lino Lakes City Council hereby approves <br />the request of Michael Morency, Edward Jones Financial, to travel throughout Lino Lakes <br />offering financial services door to door for a period of six -months beginning May 1, 2017 and <br />ending November 1, 2017. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 27th day of March, 2017. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Rafferty and was duly seconded by Council MemberKusterman and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Rafferty, Kusterman, Maher, Manthey, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />41111 <br />Jeff Reinert Wa or <br />
