Ice skating on the pond has been considered. <br />The triangle parcel of land between Lots 12 and 13, Block 3 was created to <br />correct a problem that was created when a house was constructed to close to <br />the lot line. Stewart Homes, owner of Lot 12 requested the subdivision and <br />the triangle parcel was to be attached to Lot 12 with the consent of the <br />owner of Lot 13. Stewart Homes did not combine the triangle parcel with <br />Lot 12 as was directed by the City Council. Since that time ownership of <br />Lot 12 has changed twice. The Planning Coordinator is attempting to <br />correct this situation. The solution may be to allow the parcel to forfeit so <br />that it can be considered for the County auction. The County will then <br />contact the owner of Lot 12 and ask them to purchase the parcel. The <br />County will require that the parcel is combined with Lot 12. <br />Lot 11, Block 2, Lino Air Park is now part of Behm's Century Farms. Mr. <br />Uhde repurchased the lot to get clear title so that it could be included in the <br />plat. <br />OPTIONS <br />1. Adopt a motion approving the classification and sale of Outlot D and <br />E, D. Erickson's Second Addition and the triangle portion of Lot 13, <br />Block 3, D. Erickson's Second Addition by the Anoka County Land <br />Commissioner with a notice stating that the City would like title to <br />Outlot F for access to the drainage pond. No further action is required <br />for Lot 11, Block 2, Lino Air Park. <br />2. Return to staff for further information. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Option No. 1 <br />
