ITBR #C <br />22 January 3.996 <br />Renewal of the 1996 Solid Waste Agreement <br />with City of Lexington <br />Attached is the proposed contract with the city of Lexington for <br />providing Solid Waste Coordinator services to that city. If <br />ratified by Lino Lakes, the Lino Lakes Solid Waste Coordinator <br />will continue providing similar services for the city of <br />Lexington that occurs presently in Lino Lakes. <br />The contract states Lino Lakes will provide <br />for a maximum of 16. hours per week. The bili <br />services will be $12.65 per hour. An office will x <br />both cities. The contract term is for one year and automatically <br />renewable for one year terms. <br />The city of Lexington has approved renewing this contract a <br />their December 7, 1995 council meeting. <br />OPTXCNS <br />#1: Ratify contract as presented <br />#2: Ratify contract with changes as directed by council. <br />RECONNENDAT <br />Option #1: Ratify contract as presented, for providing Solid <br />Waste Coordinator services to the city of <br />Lexington. <br />
