CONTRACT FOR SOLID WASTE COORDINATOR SERVICES <br />THIS AGREEMENT MADE AND ENTERED INTO THIS 7TH day of December <br />1995, by and between the City of Lino Lakes, County of Anoka, State of Minnesota, and <br />the City of Lexington, County of Anoka, State of Minnesota. <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, Lexington is desirous of entering into a contract with the City of Lino <br />Lakes for the performance of solid waste coordinator services hereinafter described <br />within the corporate limits of Lexington; and <br />WHEREAS, Lino Lakes is agreeable to rendering such services on the terms and <br />conditions hereinafter set forth; and <br />WHEREAS, such contracts are authorized and provided for the Minnesota Statutes <br />471.59; <br />NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to the terms of the aforesaid statute, and in consideration <br />of the mutual covenants expressed herein, it is agreed as follows: <br />1. That Lino Lakes, through its Department of Administration agrees to provide <br />solid waste coordinator services within the corporate limits of Lexington to the extent <br />and in the manner as hereinafter set forth: <br />A. Except as otherwise hereinafter specifically set forth, such services <br />so shall encompass the duties and functions of the type normally <br />coming within the jurisdiction of the Lino Lakes Department of <br />Administration.
