periods. At the option of either party hereto, this Agreement may be terminated at any <br />time by notifying the other party in writing at least sixty (60) days prior to the selected <br />date of termination of such party's intention to terminate the Agreement. <br />5. Lino Lakes, through its City Administrator or his designees, agrees to meet <br />from time to time with duly designated officials of the City of Lexington. The purpose <br />of said meeting shall be to make suggestions for improvement in the implementation of <br />this contract or for amendments thereto provided, however, that no such suggestion or <br />amendment shall be binding on either party until reduced to writing and duly signed by <br />the parties hereto. <br />6.
