the following types: coordination of solid waste and recycling <br />programs in Lino Lakes and Lexington. <br />B. Lino Lakes agrees to provide solid waste coordinator services to <br />Lexington to a maximum of fifteen (15) hours per week. <br />C. The rendition of services, the standards of performance, the <br />discipline of the Lino Lakes employee and other matters incident <br />to the performance of such services and the personnel so <br />employed, shall remain in and under the control of the City of <br />Lino Lakes. All work conducted by the Solid Waste Coordinator <br />for the City of Lexington shall be under the direction of the <br />designated council liaison via the City Coordinator. All work <br />conducted by the Solid Waste Coordinator for the City of Lino <br />Lakes shall be under the direction of the Assistant to the City <br />Administrator. <br />2. The Solid Waste Coordinator shall be provided office space at both the City of <br />Lexington and the City of Lino Lakes. <br />3. The City of Lexington shall pay the City of Lino Lakes the sum of Twelve <br />Dollars and Sixty Five Cents ($12.65) per hour for all time expended by the Solid <br />Waste Coordinator on behalf of the City of Lexington. This rate will be negotiable in <br />January of each year. <br />4. This agreement shall run for the period of December. 1995 through January <br />1. 1997.
