There is evidence of bike paths on the aerial photograph. The adjacent property to the <br />south has several single family residences along Elm Street. The property to the east and west is not developed. Interstate I- <br />35W is along the west half of the north edge of the property. There is a tree line along the east half of the north edge of the <br />property: The undeveloped parcel north of that tree line is zoned light industrial. There is a wetland which abuts the ditch <br />south of I -35W andthere is a wooded area on the south side of the property. The rest of the parcel is an undeveloped field. <br />10.
