Country Lakes Park <br />Trails and general grading. <br />There has been a great deal of work done in this park S 0 <br />this year. There is still much more to do. There is <br />approximately $6,500 left from the 1995 goal budget. <br />The Park Board decided to spend the $6,500 budgeted, <br />but to not budget anything for 1996. <br />7. Clearwater Creek <br />Trail development. <br />The board decided to wait for development in this <br />project: <br />S 0 <br />TOTAL COST $ 93,000 <br />George will write a letter to the City Council and present it at a work <br />session or a joint meeting with the City Council and Park Board. George <br />asked Marty to schedule the meeting. <br />NEW BUSINESS: <br />JU-3 Pheasant Hills Preserve: Marty discussed the green sheet he had <br />written on this topic. He said since the school bond referendum did not <br />pass for the Early Childhood Center on the school site off of Birch Street, <br />the superintendent of Centennial Schools, John McClellan has approached the <br />city on the cities use of this are for park. <br />9 <br />
