may be accessed by the Municipality. The County shall, on a periodic basis, provide the Municipality <br />with a current listing of the TAXSYS System and data elements screens which may be accessed by the <br />Municipality under this Agreement. The Municipality's right of access is specifically limited to TAXSYS <br />System screens for that Municipality's accounts or parcels. <br />B. Hours of Availability: <br />Access to the TAXSYS System shall be limited to the normal business hours observed <br />by the County at the Anoka County Government Center, which is as follows: <br />1. Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. <br />2. Access will not be available on holidays or other days off observed by the <br />County. <br />3. With prior approval by the County and subject to TAXSYS System capacity <br />and/or availability, access may be provided outside of the County's normal <br />business hours. <br />4. The County reserves the right to change its business hours. <br />C. Reduction and Interruption of Access: <br />It is understood and agreed that if it is determined by the County that it is necessary to <br />reallocate time and capacity utilization of the TAXSYS System in order to properly carry out County <br />business or provide access to the TAXSYS System to other entities, the County may, in its sole <br />discretion, reduce or limit the Municipality's access as the County may deem appropriate. The County, <br />in good faith, shall endeavor to notify the Municipality prior to any such access interruption or reduction, <br />whenever the County determines that circumstances permit such notification. The County shall not be <br />liable to the Municipality or any other party for damages of any kind resulting from or related to the <br />interruption or reduction of access to the TAXSYS System. The Municipality shall designate a contact <br />person in its organization for purposes of County notification in case of variation in operating hours and <br />reduction or interruption of access. <br />II. HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS <br />The Municipality shall be solely responsible for the cost of obtaining, connecting, and maintaining <br />all hardware, software, and telecommunication services or equipment necessary to connect to the <br />2 <br />
