Some of the highlights <br />include: <br />1. Maximum number of dogs allowed is two (2) <br />2. Private kennels permitted in any zoning district upon five <br />(5) acres of land or more with a conditional use permit. <br />3. Limit of four (4) dogs per private kennel. Kennel to be <br />located 100' from any property line or in the middle of the <br />parcel of property, whichever is greater. <br />4. No reference to ca s or licensing of same. <br />5. Incorporates provisions for "Wild and/or dangerous animals" <br />6. Feces disposal and leash requirements for dogs. <br />7.
