The City of Lino Lakes has initiated an update of the <br />City's Comprehensive Plan which will include a detailed housing <br />element as required by the Metropolitan Council. The City <br />anticipates completion of the plan within 12-18 months. <br />6. The housing element of the Comprehensive Plan will address: <br />A. Type and rate of residential growth. <br />B. Type, density, and location of multiple family housing <br />alternatives. <br />C. Provision of affordable housing including review of <br />zoning constraints. <br />D.
