Council Member introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 96- <br />�GJ <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT FOR THE HODGSON ROAD TRUNK <br />WATERMAIN IMPROVEMENTS. <br />WHEREAS, construction of the Hodgson Road Trunk Watermain Improvements <br />have been completed by Bonine Excavating, Inc., <br />AND WHEREAS, the one-year warranty period for this project will begin with the final <br />payment, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota, that: <br />Final Payment is hereby approved for the Hodgson Road Trunk Watermain <br />Improvements. t -- <br />Adopted by the City Council this 24th day of June, 1996. <br />John L.
