TKDA <br />DATE <br />TOPIC <br />June 21. 1996 <br />Resolution No. 96-66 <br />Approving the Final Payment for the <br />Country Lakes Estates improvements - 'tease 2 <br />BAOSSIEQUAR: <br />This project involved the installation of sanitary sewer, watermafn, storm sewer, and <br />roadway improvements for the eastern 28 lots of the Country lakes Estates subdivision. <br />The construction activity on this project has been completed by Bonine Excavating, Inc. <br />and this final payment will initiate the contractor's one-year warranty period.
