The Planning & Zoning Board held a Public Hearing at their June 12, <br />1996 meeting to discuss this item. Residents from the immediate <br />area were present and voiced concern regarding the entrance drives <br />off Blue Heron Drive. The City Engineer explained that permits <br />from MnDot for access off Hodgson Road would be near impossible to <br />obtain. After some discussion and general consensus from the <br />residents in the area that this was an acceptable use of the site, <br />the Planning & Zoning Board recommended approval with the <br />conditions outlined above. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1. Approve Site Plan/Conditional Use Permit/and Variance with <br />conditions outlined above. <br />2. Approve Site Plan/Conditional Use Permit and required building <br />to be setback 30' on the interior lot line. <br />3. Return to staff for further consideration. <br />COMMENDATION <br />Option 1 <br />
