7 ACCESSIBILITY/AVAILABILITY: <br />a. How do you determine who is to be served? All services are provided on <br />a first come first serve basis. Intervention services will be provided to <br />families upon an arrest made by the police officer. <br />b. What are your hours of operation? <br />24 hours, 365 days per year. <br />c. What is your program capacity? Are you at capacity? Our intervention program <br />services do not have a capacity. We currently provide those services to the <br />residents in the cities of Blaine, Circle Pines/Lexington, Anoka & Fridley. <br />8. COORDINATION: <br />a. Is your agency providing a one -of -a -kind service, or are there similar <br />services being provided in the Anoka County area? Alexandra House is the only <br />organization specifically providing services to battered women and their <br />children and youth in Anoka County. The remaining 9 metro shelters each <br />b proithliFcaeger3idbtsiaPs ►mow do you screen for <br />duplication or overlap of services with other agencies? <br />Alexandra House is the only shelter for battered women and their families <br />in Anoka County. <br />9. STAFFING: <br />a. What is the total number of staff for the contracted program? 22 full-time <br />equivalents and 21 relief staff positions. (Total number of staff through- <br />out the organization).
