AGENDA ITEM V-A <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR Al 13 ri x i u s <br />DATE February 8, 1996 <br />TOPIC Lino Lakes - Centennial School District #12 Rezoning and <br />Conditional Use Permit <br />Armstrong, Torseth, Skold and Ryden Inc., on behalf of Centennial School District #12, <br />have submitted plans to construct a middle school upon a 64 acre site located south of <br />highway 1-35 and north of Elm Street. <br />To accommodate the applicant's request, the following approvals are necessary: <br />1. Rezoning of a portion of the subject site from R-1, Single Family Residence and L-1, <br />Light Industrial to PSP, Pubic/Semi-Public District. <br />2. Subdivision Concept. <br />3. A site plan review and conditional use permit -to allow a middle school within a PSP <br />Zoning District. <br />
