Matters of land use appropriateness are, however, <br />considered policy matters to be determined by City Officials. If the City finds the proposed <br />middle school use of the property to be acceptable, rezoning should be granted, and is <br />contingent upon the subdivision approval to establish definite boundary of the proposed <br />school site. Further, the Land Use Plan should be amended to reflect the City's desired <br />use. <br />Subdivision <br />With the approval of PSP rezoning, it is recommended that the subdivision concept be <br />approved and subject to the following conditions: <br />1. Submission of Preliminary and Final Plat conforming to the zoning and subdivision <br />requirements, and including lot and block legal description. <br />2. All necessary drainage and utility easements to be provided as recommended by <br />the City Engineer. <br />Site Plan and Conditional Use Permit <br />A conditional use permit to build a middle school may be approved subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />2 <br />
