The site plan has been modified by shifting the ball field located <br />on the south/east corner to the west and the elimination of the <br />second access drive to Elm Street eliminated. <br />PEDESTRIAN TRAFFIC: <br />The City has requested that OSM prepare a pedestrian study which <br />will be available for the City Council to review on March 25th. <br />SUMMARY: <br />Staff would recommend approval of the Site Plan Review, Conditional <br />Use Permit, Rezoning Request, and Minor Subdivision. The <br />architects have indicated that the roadway alignments proposed will <br />not alter the submitted site plan. <br />OPTIONS <br />1. Approve site plan, conditional use permit, minor subdivision and <br />rezoning request as submitted with the conditions outlined in the <br />staff report dated February 8, 1996. <br />2. Continue Public Hearing until a formal roadway alignment is <br />determined. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Option 1 <br />
