5. Permits be obtained from the RCWD for grading and on-site ponding, if <br />required. <br />6. Signage comply with the City Sign Ordinance and proper permits <br />obtained. <br />7. Concrete curb, gutter and bituminous paving shall be provided for all <br />access driveways and parking areas. <br />8. The developer receive access permits from Anoka County. <br />9. The developer pay the required park dedication fees. <br />10. A shared driveway agreement be included in the development <br />contract. <br />11. The contractor shall review final construction documents with the <br />Community Service officer to ensure compliance with CEPTED <br />recommendations. <br />12. A certificate of survey shall be provided prior to City Council action on <br />the minor subdivision. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1. Recommend approval of the site plan review with conditions outlined above. <br />2. Recommend approval of the minor subdivision as submitted. <br />3.
